Independent Living Choice Plan
Our Choice Plan offers a desirable month-to-month agreement in Independent Living or if you are moving directly into Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing. Whatever level of care you enter the community you will always have access to higher levels of care at the prevailing market rate
Independent Living and Assisted Living offer two distinct neighborhoods under this plan – an efficiency and luxury neighborhood. The efficiency apartments are smaller and have a kitchenette, whereas the luxury apartments are larger and have fully-equipped kitchens.

- Companion Suites & Private Suites starting at $505/day
