Assisted Living in Steamboat Springs, CO
Assisted Living is designed to provide just the right level of support while encouraging independence, dignity, and quality of life. Residents receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs, including assistance with daily activities and medication management. To ensure safety, comfort, and peace of mind, we offer 24/7 clinical support.
Residents of the Assisted Living Community pay a monthly rental fee based on their chosen apartment, in addition to a care level fee. Following a meeting with the resident and their family, care levels are determined by the Director of Assisted Living according to each resident’s needs. Additionally, there is a one-time, non-refundable community Fee of $7,500, which supports capital improvements that enhance the building and surrounding grounds.
The monthly rental fee covers all utilities, including basic cable and Wi-Fi, daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry service, life enrichment programs, and many additional amenities.
Most apartments in the community are efficiency units featuring kitchenettes. A selection of second-floor apartments offers the same floor plans as our Independent Living units, complete with full kitchens and in-unit washers and dryers.
Assisted Living at Casey’s Pond
- Efficiency Apartments: These assisted living floorplans are perfect for someone who prefers to dine and socialize with other residents in our dining room and common areas. Apartments are available on the first and second floor and offer independent and assisted living.
- Apartment + Full Kitchen: We have a selection of assisted living apartments on the second floor with the same floor plans as the Independent Living Veranda neighborhood, which are approved to accommodate assisted living services. These apartments include a full kitchen and washer and dryers in each residence. A monthly basic care fee is added to the standard Assisted Living rental fee and additional levels of care fees as needed.
Many of our Assisted Living apartments allow you to start out as an independent living resident, and you are able to add on assisted living services at any time without needing to move or change apartments. Integrating memory support with assisted living, when needed, can increase the benefits for individuals with cognitive impairments by improving the quality of life, and offering a more person-centered and comprehensive approach to care.
