The Colorado Department of Public Health released new indoor visitation directives. Families and friends now have more options to connect with their loved ones. The state guidance still recommends outdoor visitations whenever possible because there is less chance of spreading the virus. We are now able to offer indoor visits with the following guidelines and exceptions:
Each resident can have 2 visitors at one time, and we will host visits in resident apartments and the patio visiting area. Fully vaccinated residents do not need to maintain social distancing with their visitors in their apartments. We are thrilled to share that children are now able to visit!
Effective August 3, 2021, you no longer need to schedule in-person visits with your loved one. You may visit inside or outside. When you arrive at the community please stop at the concierge desk to be screened for COVID symptoms. Mask wearing will continue to be required for all residents, team members, vendors, and visitors regardless of vaccination status. We made this decision due to the latest CDC guidance and the continual uptick of Delta variant cases in our region.
The status of visitation may change intermittently based on the detection of COVID-19 in our community. Please check our current COVID Updates for more information.
CMS has put in place some restrictions, as has been the case throughout the pandemic. Read the specific information on CMS.gov.
