Our Steamboat Springs campus in Routt County offers independent living for couples and pet owners, so you can bring the ones you love most along during this transition.

You’ll choose from three spacious one- or two-bedroom floor plans, giving you plenty of options to find the best design for you. Some rooms feature Juliet balconies and fireplaces. Enjoy these amenities on your own, or invite family and friends over to meet your new neighbors during a backyard barbeque!

Casey’s Pond offers a popular month-to-month flexible Independent Living Choice Plan that allows you to avoid paying a large entrance fee while still having priority access to higher levels of care, should you need them.
