Casey’s Pond underwent a rigorous evaluation process to achieve this esteemed certification, using the renowned Barrett Values Centre’s Culture Values Assessment, which sets key benchmarks for organizations across all industries. Drive, a leading consultancy firm specializing in senior living culture, is the foremost user of the Barrett Values Assessment in aging services. Their extensive 25-year database, comprising 4 million culture assessments from esteemed companies like Mastercard, Coca-Cola, Prudential, Wegmans, PWC, and Volvo, further reinforces the significance of this achievement.

Those who participated in the survey answered questions about their personal values, the current workplace culture, and what makes an ideal work environment. The overall score indicates the organization’s health and strength, reflecting the alignment between personal, current, and desired cultures while identifying any negative limiting values based on team member responses.

World’s Best Culture Scores

Denise Boudreau, Drive founder and president, emphasized that applying globally recognized culture measurements to aging services showcases that caring organization’s are so essential for senior living providers.

We are thrilled to share that Casey’s Pond’s organizational culture score was 71. This significantly surpasses the Global Average of 51, the Healthcare Average of 50, and Drive’s senior living communities average of 58.

However, we view earning this prestigious certification not as the culmination of our journey but as a stepping-stone toward continuous improvement. We find inspiration in this recognition to further enhance our workplace culture, refine our practices, and ensure that we continue to uphold the standards of excellence we have set.
