Pinnacle Quality Insight surveyed residents and family members over a twelve month period to evaluate their levels of satisfaction. Awarded to the top 15% of participating care providers, this recognition is representative of Casey Pond’s best-in-class customer experience.

Receiving a Customer Experience Award is a prestigious recognition. Out of the 2,700 care providers, over 150,000 customer interviews are conducted annually, and only those scoring in the 85th percentile or higher receive this award.

For three consecutive years, Casey’s Pond Doak Walker Skilled Nursing neighborhood has been honored with the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, offering exceptional services for both short and long-term stays. With 42 private and 12 shared suites, our dedicated team, including registered nurses, nursing assistants and caregivers prioritizes the resident’s recovery and healthcare needs through personalized care plans. Achieving this award in the 85th percentile or higher across 9 categories, is a great honor for Casey’s Pond.
