Hours of Operation: 7:00am – 7:00pm, 7 days per week, including holidays and weekends
Reservations: All services are based on availability and require a 24-hour notice.
Requirements: All guests must complete admission paperwork including obtaining written orders from a physician, as well as complete a nursing assessment. The sales and marketing director will guide you through this process. The steps must be completed prior to the first day of services.

• Meals and snacks are included in the base rate and depending on length of stay, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for
guests on site at those meal times.
• Salon services are available by calling 970-879-8855 to make an appointment.
• Adult Day guests can participate in the daily activities based on the enrichment calendar.
