With our popular rental agreement, this offers a desirable month-to-month budget, whether you’re choosing independent living, assisted living or skilled nursing. This option eliminates the need for a hefty entrance fee while still providing priority access to higher levels of care when needed.

We empower older adults to live their way, so we’ve created an inclusive, low-maintenance neighborhood that allows you to do more of what you want while leaving all the maintenance to us. Our Steamboat Springs campus in Routt County offers independent living for couples and pet owners, so you can bring the ones you love most along during this transition.
You’ll choose from three spacious one- or two-bedroom floor plans, giving you plenty of options to find the best design for you. Some rooms feature Juliet balconies and fireplaces.
