If you reside at the Cove or the Harmony neighborhoods and would like to start out as an independent living resident, you are able to at any time add on assisted living services without needing to move or change apartments.

The Cove and Grove Neighborhoods

The Cove and Grove neighborhoods both offer the same floor plans with true efficiency-apartments. These assisted living communities are perfect for someone who prefers to dine and socialize with other residents in our dining room and common areas. The Cove is located on the first floor and is available for both independent living and assisted living residents in Steamboat Springs. The Grove is located on the second floor and offers independent and assisted living.

The Harmony Neighborhood

Our Harmony neighborhood encompasses a selection of assisted living apartments on the second floor with the same floor plans as the Veranda neighborhood, which are approved to accommodate assisted living services. The Harmony neighborhood apartments include a full kitchen and washer and dryers in each residence. A monthly basic care fee is added to the standard Assisted Living rental fee and additional levels of care fees as needed.

Where Life Enrichment and Premier Assisted Living Meet

At Casey’s Pond, all residents are honored. Through our Life Enrichment program, activities are built around four components of healthy aging; social, intellectual, inspirational and physical.
