The Veranda and Cove neighborhoods are where you will find our senior Independent Living floor plans. We also provide one- and two-bedroom floor plan options in the Grove Assisted Living Neighborhood. Some of our independent living apartments offer assisted living services if needed. Casey’s Pond offers a variety of floor plans, ranging from small studio apartments to spacious two-bedrooms with all the amenities you need for independent living. We want your life in Steamboat Springs to have everything you want, so our senior living apartments cater to a variety of lifestyles. Older adults can move in on their own or bring their partner along for the ride. You can even bring your pet so you always have a friend nearby.
Our location provides many benefits outside of prime living arrangements. As a resort town, Steamboat Springs offers a constant flow of activities to keep you occupied, including a local ski resort. And even as your needs change, you can stay in your apartment. Some of our neighborhoods allow for independent and assisted living situations alike.
Our Veranda and Cove neighborhoods are designed with our most independent residents in mind. In the Veranda neighborhood, floor plans feature a full kitchen and washer and dryer so you have everything you need right in your apartment.
The Cove neighborhood is an excellent community for those who love social meals and plenty of space to entertain. If you choose to reside in the Cove neighborhood, you also have the security of knowing that your location can remain the same as your needs change. These apartments are suited to assisted living situations as well.
Like Cove, the Grove neighborhood allows for independent and assisted living opportunities. While Cove is on the first floor, Grove is on the second floor. It offers many of the same amenities and floor plans. Here, our residents have constant care in their private residences and three chef-inspired meals every day.
