This is probably the most popular attraction in Steamboat Springs, and one that will give you an insider view of what it feels like to be a local.
With over 50 miles of trails ranging from beginner to expert, Steamboat Springs has been named one of the top places in the U.S. for cycling. A few famous trails that are easy on the eyes and the legs include: River Road Loops and Catamount. These gentle rides will surely be scenic as they are memorable moments you can have in your daily life. In July, West Lincoln Park comes alive with its annual Art in the Park event, showcasing more than 140 different arts, crafts, and culinary vendors. Other community events include music festivals, which bring casual listeners and bluegrass enthusiasts from across the state. The Winter Wonder Grass festival showcases more than 25 different bands that play Friday through Sunday each year in July. In the past, Casey’s Pond has hosted the Strings Music Festival so residents could enjoy music from the comfort of their home.
