Casey’s Pond Residents treated to Super Foods and a Cooking Show

Cooking at Casey’s is a monthly presentation featuring the Super Food of the Month. Cooking at Casey’s is viewable via YouTube and also airs on the Steamboat Springs local cable channel 6.  Residents can tune in to channel 6 to watch and learn.

Kat Ciamaichelo is a registered Dietitian and has been at Casey’s Pond for a little over a year. She has been instrumental in educating residents, families and team members on healthy eating. Executive Chef Erin Hamilton, is new to Casey’s Pond and brings an elevated, personal dining experience for residents to enjoy.

The first Cooking at Casey’s episode was all about Carrots, this one is about Avocados, and next will be about Berries.
